AIRDRIE are leading the chase for centre-back Mark McLaughlin, who was released by Morton on Christ
mas Eve.
The 38-year-old has been offered an 18-month contract and manager Gary Bollan said: “Mark knows we would like him here.”
Annan, Stirling Albion and Arbroath are also interested.
Meanwhile, Arbroath will discover this week if on-loan Hibs kid Bradley Donaldson will be out for a long spell after his injury at Airdrie.
The defender was accidentally kicked by team-mate Alan Cook.
