Dave Baikie, who was at Arbroath for 5 years, will leave Tayport after getting them to the Scottish Junior Cup Final and winning the Super League with them. Baikie took the Lichties from the worst team in Scotland to challengers for promotion to division 1 in a wonderful spell of 5 years at Gayfield.
Sadly Baikie left in 2001 after a disagreement with the Committee at Gayfield. Good luck to Dave Baikie and Graeme Irons good luck at Central Park and hope Cowden fans have as much happiness as us Lichties did when he was at Gayfield!
