There was a strong wind at Gayfield the the u19s first home game of the season last Sunday. The first half Arbroath were shooting with the wind but it seemed to hinder, rather than help, them as they went 2-0 down in the 1st 30mins. O'Leary then scored a brilliant 25 yard lob over the QOS keeper just before HT to make it 2-1.
The second half belonged to Arbroath and they were unlucky not to grab victory. James Collier got the deserved 2nd goal on 80mins and just as it looked like the 3 points might be Arbroath's it was FT.
