Home Jinx against Forfar continues

Another disappointing start to the season as Forfar come back from being 0-1 down. It seems we just can't beat Forfar at home (August 1998 - 12 games ago), and we can't make decent starts to the season

Two second-half penalties handed Forfar a deserved Angus derby win in the Challenge Cup match at Gayfield.

Arbroath went ahead when Bryan Scott blasted home from Kevin McMullen's low cross, while both Scott Gates and Scott both had chances to double the lead.

Sean Kilgannon levelled from the spot for the visitors after Steven Rennie handled in the box.

Kevin McLeish's penalty put Forfar into the next round after Craig Winter was fouled by Roddy Black.
